Hi Gang, I am not sure if I post this here, please advise.

I live in Auckland New Zealand, and I saw these growing in wood chips out side, it has been really rainy here lately.

Picture above Species #1

Spores are dark to black

Habitat: Wood - Found in damp bark mulch beside path, growing straight from a bark mulch mixture.

Gills: The gill color is very dark, one large one is picked and turned upside down in the right bottom area of the picture

Cap: is white to slight off light ligth brown, about 1 " in diameter.

Cap bruises dark colour within 10 seconds when pinched

Location: Auckland, New Zealand

What about the stems? Do they bruise?

For now, I don't think you have anything active here.

Is the stem delicate?? I think it might be of the Coprinus genus. Not active.

Look like a species of Coprinus to me, known as inky caps.

I'd say they are Coprinus Domesticus, i'm not 100% sure though so research it.
