i need ID help

hey there, sorry i dont have any pictures, ill post them A.S.A.P. but anywaysm i found a mushroom growing in some lawns that I couldn't identify, they grow in clumps, the mature ones caps turn from white to carmel brown, the caps are from 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch in diameter, stems are light brown, a small mushroom, didn't notice any staining from touching, spores are dark brown in color, if anyone can help me that would be very kind, thank you!

Eh... We really need pictures. It could be anything from the deadly A. phalloides(except for spore print/ mushroom size) to some speices of Panaeolus(agian, spore print colors don't match up.) Try as hard as you can to get us a pic.
