Lepiota pseudohelveola is the closest I have come up with.
But the Peudohelveola is a Sub Genius from Europe.
Any comments on the Lepiota I have here in Texas?
Come on Dole hit me with your shroom knowledge
I have posted a couple of the photos here B4 but this time I'm sticking a name with it (about time eh?)

After a lil more digging I came up with this..  ClkHere
I see that one photo was taken in Georgia that sticks it in the South Us so I may have figured it out..
But please lets here your comments!

Your link has the correct species.

One of the distinctive features that helps strongly on this one is the tiny scales on the stem. Those are an unusual feature in Lepiota, and the other characteristics all agree. The only unusual thing is that your specimens look to be at the small end of the size range.

Happy mushrooming!

Ya first time I ever checked out that website where you got your pics was a few months back and was from a web search link and the page it linked me to was an ID request for a Blewit in someones yard in So. Cal. in what looked like maybe a condo yard and he misidentified it as a Cortinarius.......I guess better than the other way around....
