google video help

anyone else having problems with google video? I am watching a video, and it just stops downloading it seems at one point, then the little bar that shows how much is downloaded wont go any further.

anyone have any tips to help me out? Is there something i should do that will make it run smooother? the support page for google video hasnt helped me at all.
