anyone dled google talk yet?

hihi

so google have come out with google talk (for those who don't know) and if you have a gmail account you could use your login and pass for google talk.

just downloaded it...but it's a bit boring since it's a new service and i have no one on my contacts list :grin: looks ok so far...

What is it, talk into a mic to peoples?
Have you tried google earth? I'm on a mac and they don't have it for mac yet. It's actually really limited ATM.

it's just another im service actually..nothing really special so it seems for now

yeah not available for mac yet...have tried google earth it's pretty cool :grin:

speaking of IM programs for macs...i wish that MSN was better for macs, i really hate hte client they have out now, really doesn't compare to the PC client. and i can't be arsed to use iChat

damn, I just downloaded it here at work and installed it (a rare feat for these POS machines) but they've blocked all ports except the main ones... arrgh, so close but so far away.
