wbs explodes

simmered simmered my 1st batch and on my second I skipped and just soaked. when I simmered I some there was expoded seeds. but some just looked expanded to the point where the seed separated and you could see the meat part but it was still connected to the seed . Son I inoculated it anyway. I read that exploded seeds would float to the top. these that I described didnt. so does these constitute as exploded. and if so what will happen if u knoc em up?

hollow or malformed seeds may float but those that explode usualy stay submerged
as for inoculation, your only problem may be the exploded seeds turning to mush
which isnt that big of a deal unless most of them did and it may requirte a little
more draining time
