Does this sound like a good garden to start with?
    #5728652 - 06/08/06 09:47 PM (17 years, 7 months ago)

Artemesia absinthium (Wormwood)
Hemia salicfolia (Sinicuichi, Sun Opener)
Papaver Somniferum (You know)....
Leonotis leaonurus (Lion's Tail, Wild Dagga)
Peganum harmala (Syrain Rue)
Salvia Divinorum (Divine Sage, Ska Pastora)
Nicotiana rustica (Indian Tabacco)
Nelumbo nucifera (Sacred Tabbaco)

does this sound like a start for a garden im planning on opening a shop with these plants and maybe someday starting my own line of cigarettes

Thats a great start, I always like haveing a datura near the garden.. Such nice flowers on them. Cappi is cool to have aswell, but wont survive outdoors in most places.. I dont think they can handle any kind of frost/ cold climates.

and above all else imo, Get some cacti, my favorite to grow by far. San pedro and peruvian torch are your best bet. I will actualy have many seeds to trade in a couple weeks if you want any. Im not sure what species they are, But i assure you they are great Trichocereus genes.

nelumbo nucifera is sacred lotus, not tobacco.

syrian rue and salvia wont do good in the same atmosphere.

all the rest sound good, make sure your nelumbo nucifera are in pretty clayish soil that retains water well. dont get mad if it doesnt pop up for a few weeks even. but those hard-ass seeds have to soak up plump full of water before they sprout up.

looks good, do you know that salvia takes intense care? you may start to feel like its little servant after a while, but it is a very nice plant to come to terms with. you may need a greenhouse just for your salvia.

what you talkin about shroomie? salvia is extremely easy to grow indoors. when the plant is young its a little picky, but once it gets going it just keeps going as long as you water it when it needs it.

the only prob i have had with saliva is an exreem infestation of what a believe are spyder mites...and them bastereds piss me off so bad.

at first i tried pulling them all off with tape....well they just came right back....next i tried mistin the hell out of the plant many times a day. seemed to slow them some.

now im using soap water...and they are still having sex on my dam leafs. i also have some leafs that have growing brown spots.

but other than that its still doing extreemly well, lots of growth.

Try spraying with neem oil/water. Or neem oil/soap/water.just enought to make the water stink.. Spray the plants stem heavily, and under the leaves heavily. They will take off eventualy, the toughest part is keeping them away. Im not sure how long the larva/eggs stay alive, but has to be well over a year. because they keep coming back to my plants.

Organic and works great.

i would add MG's.
i dont think ive ever seen an ethno vendor that doesent sell them,
so i assume they must be making money off it.

if your sticking with the peganum id also look into a DMT containing plant so you can offer a complete ayahuasca analog.
otherwise people would have to go to another vendor and end up ordering the peganum there too for conviniance...
