8 air exchange of 1 minute per day for pinning, is it enough.. or maybe too much ?!

Fresh air come from the white trap and come out of the right one. Air is push by a "flame propeller" fan. Don't know about the CFM, probably high! Here a look a the FC!

can't really have too much FAE unless you are constantly blowing air on them, they don't like that. As long as your rH dosn't drop out of optimal you want as much air exchange as you can get.

Right off the bat I'll tell ya your going to want to get a PLASTIC FC, that wood will rot and mold very soon. With that said 8 FAE's of 15-20 seconds is enough for good results. I fear you may be over doing it with not only the fan CFM) but the duration also this will tend to cause excessive evaporation resulting in very poor pinning if any at all. As skeletor said shrooms don't like air blowing over them either.

Ya I got priorities too!!!"

Thanks all for the tips, The interior wall of the FC is cover with epoxy resign, this is use to repair boat hull. I'll add some filter at the air entry to decrease the cfm a little bit. RH don't go under 93-94% after 1 minute faning, if I trust my hydrometer. My timer can't go under minute scale. Any idea of what can I buy to control the power of the fan ? Like "rheobus" for computer fan. Don't know anything about electronic, thanks

What about using pollyfil soaked with alcohol for air filtration ? Can alcohol vapor harm the mycelium or the fruit ?

I think that FC looks bad ass, good originality and design, I bet you had fun building it. Perhaps if the blowing fans become a problem with cakes near it (aborts) then you could redirect it to blow up or somhow break the air current so its evenly dispersed throughout the chamber. I know alittle about epoxy resin, I've been doing boat repairs myself for that last 3 years, though I can only afford basic polyester, still works great, but could never compete with the quality of epoxy. (This stuffs made for water so its a great material to use for custom design, takes some know how though and is a mess if not done properly.)
What exactly is that thing down in the lower left hand corner?
