Naw, The Mars Volta is exactly what it could have been. A big improvement over At the Drive In. And if you really like tripping, you have to agree.

There are ok.

Like other's have said, I think they could be a little better.

Personally, I don't like how out-of-sync the singer can get in line with the instruments.

It's better than the shouty noise that ATDI tends to be. Not that I don't like it, but TMV is just better put together in my opinion.

They are touring with the chili peppers, at least through canada.
