the US and canada is the same in that regard, I had 6 cops in my house serving a
warrant, an ounce of weed on the desk, I went to jail but the pot stayed, people
in canada go to jail for weed all the time, just like in the US, it all depends
on the cop you're dealing with and how you deal with him. theres been several
occasions I've been let go and allowed to keep the weed, 2 times it was the same
cop and he busted me actualy smoking it

my point is, why take the chance over something so small
