If the trip becomes too intense I plan on taking a sufficient amount of valium to calm my nerves. Im just making sure this wont diminish the trip experience in any way and just makes it more relaxed and enjoyable.

benzodiazepines will directly counteract the effects of most psychedelics. in effect, the drugs work to increase the brain's natural suppression systems.

If you go to the hospital because of a bad trip they'll give you a benzo to counter it. Just let it happen and forget the benzos. You're not going to die.
