Vitamins!

Are there any vitamins or... I guess health pills (ie. Omega 3 Fatty acid tissue or whatever it is called) that would help oneself emotionally and such?
Some days I'm in a good mood, but a lot of the times I just get in a shitty lazy depressed mood for no real reason (I wouldn't classify it as actual depression, just shitty). Sometimes I go to work just in a bland state, I barely talk to anyone. Other times I'm just full of conversation.
Are there any vitamins that just overall help with emotions and general well-being?

I've started a daily routine of 5-HTP supplements and so far, I've felt much much less depressed generally. You could try that I guess, worked well for me.
EDIT* Just found this, but its an MOAI, so it has side effects if not ingested properly I believe.

For what you are describing, I would focus on the B vitamins to support your nervous system better. Take a B-Complex or B12 once a day and you'll feel the change.
Iron may help with a lot of that too.

Just look to your basic diet in general. There is no magic pill for these kind of problems. The best form vitamins come in is natural, healthy food- the less processed the better.
Cut way back on fried foods and yes, omega 3's can make a big difference, but ONLY if you cut back on fatty foods. Your cells need to 'breathe' and with them coated in a glob of fat they can't fulfill their purpose. That being to let wastes out and nutrients in.

True! Foods are the best source as some supplements, some peoples bodies do not break down and they run right through and down the toilet.
DARK Green veggies are the best way to get B vitamins if you want to go more that route. Most people don't eat enough of them every day though.
Even still, if you don't buy organically grown, you're hardly getting any nutrition out veggies these days. Farmers no longer rotate crops anymore. Most of the veggies out there are lacking in vitamins they should have in them. If you boil your veggies, most of the vitamins and minerals come out into the water and get dumped down the sink. Best to back steam or grill them.

Yep.
"To get the same calcium content from fresh veggies today as when JFK was president, you'd have to eat twice as much broccoli. To get the same amount of iron as when the Beatles were singing "We All Live in a Yellow Submarine," you'd have to eat four times as many collard greens. To maintain your vitamin A and C levels under the next administration, it will take three times as much cauliflower and twice as much watercress as during the Nixon and Watergate era. These are a few of the conclusions gleaned from comparing the U.S. government's food composition tables from the 1960s and 1970s to the present day.
The vitamin A in apples, for example, dropped 41%, strawberries lost 55%, and that in grapefruit plunged 87.5%. Vitamin C fared better, with minor losses in a majority of the fruits, though that in cherries was off a hefty 30% and lemons dropped 31.2%. Grapefruit, also significantly down in calcium and iron, has particularly lost its vitality. This may be the result of pollution in the Everglades (caused primarily by run off from sugar refining). The vitamin levels in oranges, Florida's other top crop, remained constant, but its iron content fell 75%"

The best multivitamin that you could take (value, nutrition both taken into consideration) would be NOW ADAM. Go to a Vitamin Shoppe and buy them. They're really good and they'll make you feel better with some excerize. If you can't get them, GNC's Mega Man vitamins are also great. They're GNC brand, but really well manufactured and the green coating on them disolves easily. You can always drop a multi in a clean cup of water and see how well it breaks down. These are the two best you can take, buy them.
Start excersizing son. I'm not sure if I was bipolar or just amazingly depressed, but I haven't had "one of those days" in a good year and a half, I'd say. I went from suicidal to loving life. Started out just walking around the block with my dog and it make it easier to enjoy the simple things in life again. Sleep became better, cleaned up my diet and eventually joined the gym.
When you keep your mind occupied with things like this, you'll regain that sense of purpose in life. I don't know what kind of hobbies you have, but the enjoyment will surely become potentiated. A healthy body and mind isn't something hard to acheive. Good luck, bro.
