Catnip tea + Valerian Root = great combination

#5644339 - 05/18/06 01:30 AM (20 years, 5 months ago)

After chasing 4 caps of valerian down with catnip tea, I can deffinitly say that this is a great combination. The tea was made from the buds/leaves from an my organic homegrown catnip plant, which I washed the 4 capsuls (1880mg) of valerian down with. The hot water from the tea dissolves the gel-cap much faster than normal. The sedative effects from the valerian and catnip are much alike and go together well. I would reccommend this combination to anyone who is just looking to kick back and relax before bed. :afro:
