Ignore feature request

Could you please impliment a second version of the ignore feature where you can select users to be added to a list which will not be able to read your posts?

Not being able to read their posts is pointless, because with a click of a button you can anyway.

Well the ignore feature as it is now sucks. At the very least someone you're ignoring should not be able to post in your threads.

No, the ignore feature as it is now is stupid. The ignore feature should do something to the person being ignored.

As it is it's just an "I'm gonna cover my eyes so I can't see what you're saying to me." button.

You could just scroll past people's posts just as easily, so it actually doesn't do much of anything useful.
