Feature Request: Invisible Envelope

My feature request:

Provide a direct link to the PMs page at the top. This can
be accomplished in two ways:

1. MyHome - MyPics - MyPMs - [Logout]

2. The flashing envelope means you have new mail, you can
click this icon and it will take you directly to your PMs. Keep the
link there at all times, but only present the flashing icon when
there is new mail. Essentially, maintain a hidden link to PMs.

#1 is far more intuitive.

Hey, could I ask for maybe one more thing done about this? Now when I click on My PM's it takes me to the received PM screen. There's a link down bottom and up top for Sending a PM, but I don't see a link to my sent PM box. Would there be a way to add that link to the inbox page?
