POTM calendar: please can i request a 3-day sitewide sticky, ythan?

hi ythan, how's it goin'?

please can i request a 3-day site-wide sticky for the following thread: link to calendar thread

as many may already know, several others and i have run the Pic Of The Month contest for nearly 4 years now, and we have a vast collection of superb mushroom photographs. there are 129 podium finishers from the first 40 months.

all shroomerites can see these 129 best shots and choose their favourite 12 for a 2008 calendar i'll make this year and sell at cost - it should be about $10 or so, cos i'll get 100 printed. at least the first ten will come with a free sporeprint.

those that don't make the best-12 cut have a second chance, as at least the next 36 will be featured on main calendar pages as 3 minipics - maybe 2 inches by one - on the month main pages. and who knows, perhaps all the rest will feature too, on the back cover or something :laugh:
