I just realized that drugs and alcohol are heavily integrated in my social life

But if I want to do something, no one else does

So when I do hang out with people, it's just to drink and smoke

Nothing wrong with that. I wish i knew more people who enjoyed drugs as much as me. I keep making friends lately with straight-edge people. It's beginnning to be a real drag.

I had to make an effort to find friends that I don't exclusively drink and smoke when we hang out...and they didn't last long :lol:.

That's about all I do when I hang out with everyone other than my girl.

There's a big problem there. I realized that my frends were only drug friends a long time ago and started to distance myself from the ones that had no hope of being friends outside of drugs.

it's happened with me too. most of my friends hang out together because of drugs.. pretty ridiculous

I have alot of friends that are only drug friends...I see no problem with this.

Its like, everyone have different groups they hang out with. Some people have friends they only play basketball with, or housewives have people from their book club.

I dont play basketball, and I dont join book clubs, but I do smoke dope. So whats wrong with having some people that I exclusively associate with to do drugs?

That is all who I hang with, I am a doper and a alcoholic and I have been atleast half my life. I dont mind, I think there are a lot of people that started substances in their lifes way earlier then me.

I am doing that now...haven't touched a drop in 4 months and am starting to learn who my real friends are.

Find new friends man. I use to have friends that were heavy drug/alc users and now that I've dropped them life seems a lot smoother.

I seem to have lost my taste for drinking

It's amazing how one night of blind drunkeness can make drinking so unnattractive

Now I just drink to stomach the Lindsay Lohan movies my friends adore
