Good for you TM.  I think you should take the refund, but accept his offer of giving you a full refund minus shipping and the two doses.  It seems fair to me.  I do hope this works out in your benefit and that you don't get burnt. 

Really sorry they weren't what you were looking for.  I recently got stiffed by someone that I really trusted while trying to get a quarter sheet.  Aside from the fact that I lost a significant amount of money, it was insulting that they didn't care enough about my possessions and safety to use an appropriate method of shipping.  :sad:

I don't think it's that big of a deal.  A lot of scam artists would say, "Fuck you, I'm not refunding you shit." 

Paying for the two doses isn't a big deal- especially if they are a research drug.  If they contain no drug, that really sucks.
