Go with the pod tea... a little tip someone on edot posted up, haven't tried it yet, but I will soon...
go buy some yogi tea (the original coarse ground bulk stuff, it's an Indian tea, basically chi without the tea leaves, so it's a mix of "Organic Cinnamon Bark, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Clove Bud, Organic Black Pepper and Cardamom Seed") make it as per instructions, then make your PT with the tea you just made. He said it "tasted as good as it felt", so go try it out  .

i just went through my substance drawer...
there's a gallon ziplock bad,filled with homeade kave capsules,and some other random pills...
it just seemed kinda funny to me....

Thanks for the tip, gdman. Next time I drink the tea, I'll definitely keep that in mind.
What I've been doing is making a reduction into pod putty, freezing it into little pellets, and then just swallowing them like pills. It's as effective as tea, but you have NOTHING to taste.
I've also been wanting to try Mitchnast's cold water/ice extraction, but that requires a day or so, and I'm more into immediate gratification.

No boose tonight bro? That's my nightly "kick back and chill" remedy.
It's kinda sad though I used to hate drinking. Literally could not stand drinking at all. After my girl and I started fighting a lot I fell in love with the drink. What was supposed to be a nights worth of getting drunk and happy turned into a year of nightly bliss/suffering. It's like the fucking ying/yang.

okay I am back..drinking still..I was on the phone with some friends, but I do not want to hang out with under 21 year olds..maybe in the mountains planned...I was invited to drink some beer, but I am already wasted, I would rather have shit more planned..it is all good though..

Yeah, that happens with more people than you'd think man.
Just PLEASE be careful...I just found out today that my sister's husband has grade 4 cirrhosis of the liver, meaning that his liver won't last longer than a year. Plus he is overweight and diabetic, so and the medication he needs can't be administed until he reaches a certain weight.
So just make sure you don't overdo it.

Mantis: Yup, that's what happened. I've been here a year, practicing spinning in my apt. regularly, and never had one complaint. We get some new neighbors and BAM! I get a fucking complaint. And when I asked them about it, they lied like a bunch of pussies. Fuck them.

I have been drinking beer for years, no big deal..it is a good release, just dont get it out of control..dont drive and be sensible and shit.. damn it I am drunk again...fuking vodka..I anly have a few $$ left until next saturday, so I will mellow out on the cause of $$ so it will be nice to my insides..

Yeah man you read my mind...rubbing alcohol or denatured alcohol is a more efficient solvent in that it grabs a lot more of the goodies than plain water. Plus it takes much less time to evaporate.
That sucks to hear about your neighbors...you should invite them over for dinner or a BBQ or something and show them you arent the horrible monster they may think you are.

Iamshaman has a cinnamin chai Kava, which tastes really good. You like to cook, so you may be able to whip up something similar...maybe add some cinnamon and other spices that go well with it, and add it to some warm soy milk (soy milk > regular milk with kava)
