I never saw such a thing.
Every glass piece I've ever owned has been cone-shaped inside.
I guess I just never came accross a flat bowl.
I think it's weird :oogle:

I smoke out of a bowl. We Americans usually call any type of bowl (Bowl shaped or cone shaped) a bowl. The one I use is inbetween the 2 shapes the first poster posted. I'm .4merican, btw.

I prefer smoking to music rather than smoking with someone and having to converse, although sometimes it can be nice.

I throw in some classical, say Vivaldi, or some classic rock, or anything else I'm in the mood for. And then I smoke a bowl as slowly as I can, and just chill. Ill take a hit right when i start the CD, and then chill for a song or 2, take another hit. Then maybe ill take anohter hit right after that, and then wait, etc. Randomly hit it, but try to make it last throughout most of, or the entire CD. Thats my favorite thing to do. I'm not really much of a social smoker. Weed is a depressant, so I don't really see why people want to get together with 2 or 3 friends and toke. I'd rather toke to a good CD, and then lay down and watch TV (a good documentary on the Discovery, History, Nat Geo, Discovery Science, etc.) or read until I goto sleep.

I never said flat, but bowl shaped, yes some bowls are flat on the bottom. But thats not what i was pointing out. I was trying to show the difference between the conical shaped and the bowl shaped. I guess i didn't do a very good job.
