There is a number of things that could bring up such ramblings. Maybe he was tripping, maybe he had gone a number of days on amphetamines, maybe it was datura, maybe he has schitzophrenia or some other for for insanity. I'm sure it wasnt pot.

Sure. Come on guy, the story isn't even THAT far-fetched. A number of studies have shown that there is a link between weed and schizophrenia, and I personally have experienced severe paranoia on the drug.

Why is it so hard to believe that some people have negative reactions to it?
