identify plz

OK hope this works...

was found north of houston,tx.
In field that had horses 6 or more years ago, and chickens before.
only grass and dog poo now.

Gills are dark brown to purple maybe? Purpleish ring around cap

Stem is solid and fiberous tanish yellow, with slit graying around base of cap

Cap is about 1- 1.5 inch wide.

have only been spore printing for a couple hours... looks brownish to darkish.

Any help would be apprictiated.

Appears to be an Agaricus. Try slicing it to see what color it bruises.
