McCormick's Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork

A friend of mine gave me a packet of this to try. I happened to have some tenderloin, so I made it the other day.

1. The packet says use 3 pounds of pork shoulder. I used about 2.5 pounds of tenderloin.


2. Mix together seasoning packet, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar, and 1/3 cup cider vinegar.


3. I cut each tenderloin in half and put the pork in the slow cooker, and covered it with the mix.


4. I let it cook on low for about 6 hours, then broke it up to see if it was done to my liking. It was.


5. Next, I shredded it up and mixed it real good.


6. Finally, put it on some buns and ate it.


It wasn't too bad. Not quite my style, but a few other people got to try some and they liked it. I wouldn't make it again for myself.

Nice pictorial. I always liked pulled pork sandwiches. That makes me hungry just looking at it.
