Should i leave my FC for 2 days>? need advice

I have a tub of horse poo fruiting right now in a 22 gallon tub. Im using no casing layer and perlite/misting for humidification. I open and fan/mist about 4-5 times a day. I am going home from school on friday afternoon/evening and wont return until sunday evening. Friday will be day 4 of the fruiting process. So id be gone for part of day 4 all of 5 and part of 6 of the fruiting. What should i do? Try and take them home or will they be ok for 2 days? Should i maybe add a few vent holes with polyfil up high and down low for better air exchange when im gone? Or just fan and mist well before i leave and as soon as i get back? Maybe i could try rogerRabbits wax paper casing idea.

i take it there are no pins yet? if not leave it, i put an entire PMP w/ casings in a refrigerator and left it running for 2 weeks w/ an led light strip. i came back and the pins that were already formed were almost fully grown, it was perfect. but 2 days shouldn't be an issue....

personally i wouldn't take mushrooms w/ me, just imagine if you got in a bad accident or something not only would your car be fucked, so would you

better yet... why go home at all... one is fun and interesting, the other are annoying and tedious

there are no pins yet, being only day 2. But by friday night there could be some pinning. definetly by sunday evening. I dont know what the best plan would be.

Lay wax paper loosely over the top of the substrate, then leave the lid on your FC crooked so you have constant air exchange. It will survive 48 hours just fine that way.

i put some wax paper loosely on top of the substrate and kept the lid crooked to the side and loose.  There's about .75 inches of open space for air exchange on one side.  I also uncovered on of the side vent holes that came on the tub.  I was hoping to allow some air movement and flow.  There were a TON of myc. knots when i left and about 3-5 small pints with brown heads.  Im hoping to return to a nice pinset on sunday evening. :smile:
