Optimum nutrition for the mind

#5495738 - 04/09/06 08:55 AM (20 years, 6 months ago)

I read this really interesting book by Patrick Holford called Optimum Nutrition for the mind. I started following a bit of the supplement/diet advice and bingo I feel great, not perfect but not depressed/paranoid any more. Like everyone is always saying on this board, diet and excercise are key to feeling good, and sometimes porno. I am starting to think of us in the same way as crops, I mean we are part of the system, the right nutrients sunshine and gases and we are fantastic. The book itself is kind of a summary of lots of the advice you can find online, but he includes studies and breaks it down to nutrients that benefit different cognitive functions. Well I hope your all doing good.

I think I will read that book. I really like the idea of getting my body healthy so I can focus on the mind in good health and not feel held back by anything.
