Math seems pretty boring.
Is there any interesting facts about maths that may make me more interested in it?

its a funny question to ask, but yes. everything is about cause and effect. its basicly what + what = what? think of life that way and apply math skills and patterns to find out interesting things.

Try taking an applied physics class, the math is much different than your basic algebra and geometry because you can use it in everyday life to help resolve issues.

I haven't studied much else than math and applied physics in the last three years. I still like it!

everything is mathematical when you think of it. even the thinnest line, smallest dot, as long as it exsists you can apply math to it. but idk bout that alice. i never found anything mathematical, divine, or of some unusual coorelation about a turtle, or a laughing mouth on my wall.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gabriel's_horn
Quote:
Gabriel's Horn (also called Torricelli's trumpet) is a figure invented by Evangelista Torricelli which has infinite surface area, but finite volume. The name refers to the tradition identifying the archangel Gabriel with the angel who blows the horn to announce Judgement Day, associating the infinite with the divine.

Quote:
The golden ratio, also known as the golden proportion, golden mean, golden section, golden number, divine proportion or sectio divina, is an irrational number, approximately 1.618, that possesses many interesting properties.
mathematics, at a 'high'-enough level, becomes metaphysics, in a different language, with different attributes and constraints.
