Type of Humidifier

I went to Walmart today to go searching for supplies. Everything I needed was pretty much there. Just need to order a few other things. When I got to the humidifier section, I was pleased by both the the products & prices. (All under $25)
My terrarium dimentions are 16 1/4"x10"x12" (lenght/hight/depth)
What type of humidifier would most benefit my smaller terr.? (Am useing PF-tek)

2 gal. Cool Mist Humidifier
2.5 gal. Warm Mist Humidifier
2.8 gal. Ultrasonic Humidifier

Also, if I use a humidifier do I need to use perlite? (Going to hook up a fish tank air pump to ensure air circulation for good mesures)

perlite just keeps things humid, so no, you wouldn't need both.

I am currently experimenting with a cool mist. It will be the way to go. I am using a 10 gal aquarium. Made the hood at work. The trick is to balance airflow, humidity and temperature. I have an Alife thermostat hooked to a lizard heater and checked with a digital temp/humidity gage from Radio shack. With the cool mist running full tilt and the heater keeping temps at 76 degrees the cool mist can muster only 88% humidity. I put a small heating pad under the cool mist and set it on low ,humidity shot up to 96%. Again this is still in the R&D stage. Here?s an earlier pic of it. The spigot has to go as it's just too restrictive. I wanted it for humidity control but it just isn?t needed for cakes, casings may be another story. When I get it right I will post details if anyone is interested.
