Breakfast!

Today I thought I'd take a little advantage of what was in the fridge before I let it spoil.

onion
green bell pepper
top sirlion steak
some swiss cheese

first I did this

then this

pan fried that sirlion :sad:

put it on a toasted steak bun

added the rest

threw on some cheese

threw it in the oven for meltyness and grabbed cold one to wash it down :laugh:

sure beats cheerios

I got a really nice thick london broil cut for $6.25

can't beat that with a wiffle ball bat

One other thing that caught me peeper is your pepper. You gotta switch to a grinder. The difference is day and night.

McCormick makes this one and this one if you don't feel like getting a big one. You will not regret it.

I am a huge fan of the fresh ground at restaurants. Actually, I never thought about getting a pepper mill/grinder.

I will put that on my list
