My favorite breakfast is Apple Cheese Quiche. It's extremely yummy and simple to make. It's great either warm or cold, so you can make it the night before and slice a piece straight from the fridge when you wake up.

What kind of apples do you use?

eat cereal with fruit, I like corn flakes with bananas and strawberries (also hella delicious when you are high). but omlettes are easy to clean you only really have one pan and a bowl. just make some omlettes then you can get your veggies proteins, dairy and all that good stuff
