Help, Caps are starting to open.....

They have started opening within the past 4 hours? I want to make sporeprints, when should i pick them?

And, do I twist? or pull?

Some people wait for them to flatten out and tell you/us to wait to see spore deposits. However, I was told to just pick it and sporeprint. They must have been 2 or 3 days after the viel broke but they went getting very flat. All I did was put a clean toothpick in the cap slightly and the cut it with clean sissors as close to the cap as possible and then transfer to alchol whiped tin foil and covered with a alcohol whiped glass. I let sit for 24-48 hours and then whipe the exposed foil with alcohol, took of the lid/cap and quicly folded (in rather unsterile enviroment). Tip: I pre folded my tin foil so I wouldn't have troubles later. I had success with my first personal print + syringe.
