Caps not opening???

Ok so I got some casings fruting.. I've had the temperature in the mid 70's with the humidity around 90% I've noticed that I have mycillium growing at the base of my stems so I've tried to keep the humidity down by fanning more often, but I have a bunch of shrooms that the veils are torn away from the stems and the caps just aren't opening. They stay in real close to the stem. I"ve seen this before but dont' know how to fix it.. Any ideas? For example I've had one shroom that has no veil attached at all for the last two days and the shroom is cap is still down no more than 1/4" away from the stem at the base. The shroom is about 2-3" tall.
