Dunking in Ziploc bags?

the big Q is exactly that.
anyone done this or see a problem w/ it?

my gf and i have a pretty full fridge,
seems more efficient than other methods i've heard about.
i know i don't wanna have a bunch of jars in my fridge if i don't have to.

It works great. Dunk the cake(s) in water, then squeeze out all of the air from the bag. They'll be totally submerged and doin' fine!
