A trip down to the Vitamin Store

So I take the following vitamins

mens multivitamin (overall health)
b complex vitamin (for energy)
flax seed oil (for skin and eyes)
milk thisle (for cleaning of the liver and kidneys)

what do you take?

If I had to take vitamins, I'd probably just take centrum.

As it is, I just take an occasional multivitamin that's mostly B vitamins.

I eat my greens, and lean meat. works for me.
