Growing, possession, etc. of weed and other soft drugs, while technically not legal, is tolerated. Mushrooms can be sold in smart shops in the Netherlands as long as they're fresh. Dried mushrooms are considered processed.

Not too sure. But I've heard that in Florida, if you have some psychoactive mushrooms growing in the wild in your yard, it's not a problem. It's when you pick them. :laugh:

They are suppose to belegal to grow in England also.

the fla thing according to what i heard was if you were out mushroom hunting for say morrels and you picked some morrels and psilocybes just in case they were something edble that they wont charge you. its pretty much a state condoned ignorance. however, if you were growing psilocybes they can arrest you. [ones that arent growing naturally]

i live in ontario canada and they're legal to grow and have as long as they're wet
once they're dry they become a class a felony (along with coke/heroin etc)
but its not illegal to grow them
