new casings - going to trip - storage?

me and my wookie friend are going to camp in the sea coast, he has a recently cased substrate, he's wondering if he should postpone his trip in a couple weeks or if storing his tray in the fridge at this point wont reduce his yield? (mycelium already beginning to pop through (2 days from casing) thick (1 inch) pasteurized verm layer). thanks in advance.

I suppose it all depends on how long you intend to be gone... but I doubt that it would reduce your yeilds very much since the mycelium would be consuming very small amounts of nutrients, but i dont have any hands on experience in this area.

we'll be away for about a week...
the case run should be completed by the weekend... they're cambos... how long to fruit from there?
