AVG is one of the best, for sure. id ask on a computer forum, not a magic mushroom forum if i were you. lol.

www.motherboards.org is good.

AVG, avast, zone alarm, cc cleaner, spybot search and destroy etc... are all good tools.

IMO i think the best combo to protect, and clean, spyware and virii is this.

AVG scanner
Ad aware for spyware scanning
Spybot for spyware blocking
Microsofts anti spyware tool for real time blocking.

Ever since i got rid of mcaffee (god damn ill never go back, never realized how much of a resource hog it was) and put on AVG my system has been running tons faster. The other programs ive been using for a long while now and i never see a lick of spyware and i cant even remember the last time i had a virus.

These are the only forums I post on, why would I spend time on a computer forum, I don't even like computers. :smile:

I use Norton's with ZoneAlarm. zero problems so I recommend them both. norton does an excellent job of real-time protection, which im not sure the free version of AVG provides.
