The easiest way I can think of without installing additional software is using windows media player. These should come out exactly like they look on your screen unlike the captures made in PowerDVD. Here's how you go about it:

1. Open Windows Media Player and select the menu Tools>Options...
2. Click on to the Performance tab and press the Advanced... button.
3. There are three groups of controls Digital Video, Video Acceleration, & DVD Video. Under DVD Video clear the checkbox that says Use Overlays.
4. Hit Ok on both dialogs.
5. Find a scene you want to capture and pause the video
6. Set the size to where it looks best.
7. Now press print scr (located at the top left of the keyboard) while holding the ALT key. This will capture only the WMP window and instead of a picture the size of your desktop.
8. Open your favorite photo editor, create a new document, go to Edit>Paste or press CTRL+V, crop out everything outside the picture and save!

P.S. If possible can PowerDVD, it is quite buggy and has low compatibility for being a PC player. Try out WinDVD it is a very similar design but works much better. Hope this helps.
