Pins get 1inch and stop?

So its been 2 weeks now and i have a casing that was completely colonized with hpoo with about 3-4 inch of solid white substrate. After 2 weeks two wide and meaty pins have come up but they are about 4 days old now and have stooped growing beyond the inch they've been for the last few days (they are not aborts tho the tops of the pin are a good red). My temp is 73-76 deg and humidity 85-95? Does any one no what is causing this, another thing this casing was put in my fridge for a month while i was out of town.

You will need to describe your processes better.
i.e.
how did you colonize?
What substrate did you use?
What were your incubation temps?
Did you spawn to poo?
Did you re-incubate after spawning?
What kind of RH and Temp do you have?
What kind of fruiting chamber are you using?
etc

how did you colonize?
I know now not to do this but i put my casing into my incubator to colonize the hpoo it colonized in about a week.

What substrate did you use?
BRF

What were your incubation temps?
84-85

Did you spawn to poo?
yes

Did you re-incubate after spawning?
yes for about a week and then took it out when i could tell it was complete and it sat at room temp for another 2-3 days then i had to go out of town so i put it in my fridge for a month, when i came back it looked the same so i put a casing layer on it put it at room temp for another 3 days and then into fc.

What kind of RH and Temp do you have?
temp was fluctuation between 68-77 RH was 87-95

What kind of fruiting chamber are you using?
martha closet that ive used for months now and works fine, but with my first try at hpoo i have the problem of the pins only getting about an inch.

Probably should have spawned to hpoo, then covered and put in incubator for several days, them moved it to the martha. However, though your flush was small, I bet they should be super potent because of stalling them for a month. I'm not basing this on anything but my own whimsical opinion.

Im talking there are only two pins that have pin and inch tall for 3 or 4 days now, they looked like very healthy meaty pins until today you can tell they are rotting

ya i just spawned a quart of wbs to some poo lastngiht, i think it was just such an old casing that the nutrients got mestup.
