I've had my fully colonated cakes (5) inside my terranium for about 2 weeks now and only one has started to pin. I temp stays at about 75-80 and the humidity was about 42% and I raised it to about 50%. Should I keep it warmer, more humid?

50% humidity??? you need about 95-100% for cakes. are you using perlite? if not put 2 in of perlite in and about 1 inch of water in. that will fix you right up. didnt you know that you need high humidity? its in the teks
