You are using rye berries right? I like the formula found on the micron magik web page. I forgot the how many cups of rye makes how many jars but you can go to their site. You just bring the grain to a boil then simmer for 45 min. After that you put in jars and pc for 1 hour at 15 psi. It couldnt be simpler and my moisture seems to be right in my jars.

It's just 1 to 1 rye and water. Or a little less water than rye.
