Instead of buying stuff like a resevoir can i make my own?

what else can i make my own?

carbon filter?

link me cuz i know their on overgrow somewhere but i can't find 'em..

The easiset DIY hydro is the DWC: DWC bucket

Ok here's what ive decided to do:

4 - 5 gallon bubblers (each 5 gal. bucket gets 2 Hagen Elite 801 - each one does 2500cc/min via one output - so using 2 it's 5000cc/min via double output - so more bubbles & O2 to the roots)

1-400w mh/hps light:

i'm gonna get 2 new bulbs (one 400w mh for vegging and 1 400w hps for flowering) (and a ballast thats switchable fro MH to HPS)

i'm growing with a medium so it's between rockwool and hydroton...

which one should i use?

gonna make my own carbon scrubber: gonna have one six inch fan running from the light reflector to the carbon scrubber that's in the attic...

i'm gonna use floragro GH flora seies and florabloom...

that's all the nutrients i need?
