Alot of women dont cum through sex alone, best thing to do is to get her all excited with abit of foreplay, then bring her off with your fingers (im assumeing you know how to do this). Its always 100% sucessful and it will give you an idea of what her orgasms are like. Give her some good orgasms and she probably wont feel the need to fake them in sex. the contractions happen rapidly at first, and then as the orgasm ends they last a bit longer. also pulse and breathing rate will reach a peak. afterwards, the areolas will shrink (making it look as if her nipples are getting harder); if this doesn't happen then she probably faked it.

IMO both people should take responsibility for their own orgasms.

If your partner is unwilling to educate you in the intimate workings of her body, then she is choosing not to have an orgasm with you.

This is true to some extent, but I believe it is possible through sex either way, as long as you can do it they way that they like it. My girlfriend used to only be able to get off when I would give her oral sex... I used to be paranoid that she would fake orgasms and all..
