neglected casing

Hi guys
I have neglected 1 EQ cased cake. It all started 5 days ago: it started to show a few pins when i had to leave home. Now, I'm back after 5 days, and there are spores all over the place!!!it's all dark blue, the shrooms caps are almost flat, and my babies are full grown men ( 8" ). I have two questions:
- There are more pins growing now; should I clean all those spores out of the tray? Should I mist it?
- What about the potency. They are huge shrooms, but as I understand, they start losing potency once they start spreading spores. How potent shoulkd I expect them to be?
