Potluck At Work Christmas Eve.

Im making Potato Pancakes, carmalized onions in sour cream and apple sauce....

Anyone got potlucks comming up at work?

Try this...

Im thinking of getting some Johnsonvile Braughts.

Grill them and mix them with roasted peppers and grilled veggies with pene pasta mixed with a light sauce..

Everything wont take long to put together and can be bought for $30 to feed lots of people at a potluck.

Im thinking of this instead of the pancakes because I just dont want to fry each of them on my little stove.

Eh, i gave up and made some applesauce. :tongue:
Threw some strawberries and a kiwi in with it when it was nearly done, gave em a bowl, and a pint for everyone.
It sucks tho, we don't have a grill on site, and the ovens are perpetually in use....so it's all gotta be pre-prepared.

I gave up on something that took effort at the last minute..

Sooo I got three bags frozen italian meatballs, 2 things KC Masterpice BBQ sauce, a bottle of hot sauce and some disposable tin trays.

Dump the meatballs in, pour over the BBQ sauce, in one I added lots of cock sauce, :grin: You know what kind sickooo.  Covered with foil, threw in the oven for an hour while I got ready for work and I turned out to be the hit of the buffet...

Mostly because only three of us brought anything.  One girls mom made a HUGE batch of Lumpia.  I think it could be called lumpia, but they were made with chicken and they were smaller.  Tasted great though.

Anyway, Merry Chrismika to all and to all a good night.
