Increasing alcohol tolerance?

In a week or so me and some buddys are having a OE 40oz drinking competition. I can get 2 in me but that gets me pretty fucked and we are all going at the same pace. Is there any way I can increase my tolerance without drinking everyday up untill then???

Ya coke would help, but I don't have the cash for that.....Think if I drank a 40 for the next week daily I'd have a better chance??

why oh why would you make it OE when you're having a competition? that stuff tastes so bad to me (not that 40's are ever delicious, but there's less vomit inducing ones than that!)

Because OE is as hard as it gets, except for blackbull, but I think it's 8% now. I could drink more St. Ides than OE, something about malt get me fucked.

That being said, you should start by drinking large amounts of alcohol over the next few days. The more the better.

Then stop drinking a day or so before the competition. You don't want a hangover during it do you?

That would probably be the best way to pull it off.

Or you could perhaps do some 'blood boosting', where you take out a bunch of blood and keep it in a syringe, then inject it back into your body before the competition. Athletes sometimes do this to get an edge, though it's probably not your cup of tea. :smirk:

Do you think if I put on like 5-10 lbs that would help any? Or is there anything I can take to make my blood thicker.

frankly, if you want to increase it by drinking, get a bottle of vodka and take several shots per day; it would be more efficient.

Weight would help, but 5-10lbs. prob. wouldn't do much.

Lastly, alcohol exhibits cross-tolerance with other drugs. I believe other CNS depressants would help (e.g. benzo's) but don't quote me on that.

there is nothing really you can do to help you not get as drunk in that amount of time. Not swallowing air is key as the bloating feeling from swallowing air with beer will make you feel full and want to puke. I would take one of the anti-gas gel-caps and think drink away.
