Question about THC leaving yer system.

I trust you guys for the answers rather than having to post this in the Psychedelic Experience. So I was going to be on a break from pot for a month.

But now that I think about it, and after reading EllemyshShade's thread about her own break I'm realizing what I need to do is change my pot-smoking attitude and my pot-smoking style.

So I'm still on a break, but I wanna know, for someone who's been smoking almost every single day for the past three-four months, how long does it take to get the cannabinoids flushed outta my system?

a few weeks, 3-4 maybe more, maybe less, a lot depends on your system

Usually between 1 week and 1 month. Depending on motabilism, water intake, if you work out, and your diet.

I have a very very fast metabolism, I always have. I drink obscene amounts of water every day.

I don't work out, but at work I don't even have a seat or a desk, I'm always on the move, always going up and down stairs.

Im no scientist but I when I was smoking everyday straight I quit for a couple days and found out that I had a drug test. I passed the test after 4 days of quiting. I would put my money on at most 2 weeks since you arn't a fat ass and pretty active. I am no expert on this matter but just putting in my 2 cents.

Yeah I am very skinny, I weigh around 125.

Stop by ur local GNC and ask them about their Detoxification Drinks. stop smoking at least 2 days before your test and drink. Your good.

ive been smoking almost everyday for 2 years. and the myths ive heard are that if you do not smoke that often and you do once that the thc will leave your system in roughly 2 weeks (Speculation). Habitual smokers like us, would take about a year to be completly cleared out of your system. ALthough you wouldnt really know until you would take a drug test.

For all the stoners with their heads in the clouds right now, I'll tell you what sober feels like. 

Uncomfortable.  I'm on day four and feel pretty much like shit. 

I could blame it on "withdrawls" or whatever, but I'm sure I'd just have a bunch of people replying with, "haha, you pussy!  If you want "withdrawl" get hooked on heroin!" 

I'm sure I'm experiencing 1/1000th of the discomfort a heroin addict experiences, but it's not comfortable by any means.  I am constantly hot and cold at the same time, sweating and then shivering.  I feel like I have the flu.  Who knows, maybe I do.  :confused:

I owe the editor of the site I write for an article, so I'm forcing myself to write it during this high. And i won't smoke till next weekend, when I owe him another article. And I'll get high and write that one.

i quit smoking weed with people a while ago.
always made me uncomfrtable... so now i smoke less and i find that only when i realyl feel like it i enjoy it...
like right now i'm thinking i might like to smoke but there's nothing for me to do apart from the same thing i'll do anyway so there's no reason to smoke really...
but i might :tongue:

a reavluation of one's relationship to a drug is neccery once in a while (and doesn't have to include cessetion of use!)
