Agreed.

Most anybody that is legal age to drive, with no tolerance to alcohol, will be able to drink one 12oz can of beer and be able to drive as good as they normally would. However I would bet that not too many people with no tolerance to bud would be able to smoke a .8g joint and be able to drive as good as they would if sober.
