me thinks I'll be pre-ordering a few PS3s :smile:

and, worse comes to worse and I cant move them - return them to the store. But, judging by the demand that was the PS2, and now the XBOX360 - I'm sure the PS3 will be right in the same boat :smile:

You know, I thought about preordering a PS3 but after this xbox incident I'm sure everyone will have the same idea. Also, it won't be released until after x-mas so I'm thinking demnad won't be nearly as high.

I was outside in 30 below weather for 17 hours tired, cold, wet, hungry, but we got one....holy shit did we get one. Perfect Dark Zero kicks ass and Kameo is good and PG i was never a fan of but its beautiful.

Not worth $600 bux but i dont care i didnt pay for it i was just with my friend.

Everyone might have the same Idea for the PS3, but will they be able to get a PS3 in the first place? That is the $64K question!

Besides if you are lucky enough to be one of the first people to get a PS3, will you be able to get more than one so that you can make even more money selling multiple consoles?

In the BESTBUY advertisement on Monday it said that there would be a MINIMUM of 20 XBOX 360s Premiums and 10 of the lower end XBOXs. Seeing how the BESTBUYs are the official stores to launch the XBOX we can only assume that all other stores like Kmart, WallyWorld, Target, ToysRUs et al. will have similar allocations.

Don't forget about the west coast short fall of PS2 SlimLines consoles for XMAS last year, drove the prices of the systems to over $220+. Many places would only sell the systems bundled with extra controllers, memory cards and extended warranties and other shit like that.

I don't know how challenging it will be for Microsoft and its partners to keep the stores stocked with XBOXs. If prior years are any indication as to what this holiday season will be like for the new console, expect to pay around a $100 premium over the $399 XBOX PREMIUM!

Nintendo is always finding ways to impress me. The new next gens dont show anything that interesting, but PS3 has good ideas.
If you flip the revolutions remote on its side it becomes a classic controller.
