Preservation in Honey

I have been trying to find a good way to preserve shrooms over the long haul. I have tried pretty hard with limited success at drying and then freezing my shrooms. I have been reading up on the idea of placing cracker dry shrooms in honey for long term preservation. Have any of the vets had any success with this method?

personaly i wouldnt do that i would just get em cracker dry and freeze em i have mushies from 2 years ago (that i bought from a dealer ) tried em a few weeks ago and they were cool.
