Pasteurized Straw/Dung Conservation

Im waiting for my agar to get colonized, and afterwards inoculate two finchseed jars, that will be later on spawned with straw/dung. Now the thing is, I've already pasteurized my s/d, and it's going to sit out for a good 12 days before it gets spawned with the finch seed. I put it in an extra oven bag, and it's sitting in a cool spot, in dark, in a closet. I made sure to keep the temp below 180 when I pasteurized it, and it's going to stay in a 70 degree range in the closet. Is it safe?
Also, I've read that worm castings can really boost a yield in one of the teks. About how much do I add, and where would I position it in my bulk substrate?
My substrate is, starting from lowest to highest layer: 75% Dung 25% Straw with a bit vermic mixed in, spawned with finchseed that's inoculated with agar Casing on top of 70% Coir and 30% Vermic
Since I've already pasteurized the poo and sterilized the casing mix, is there a need for pasteurization of the casting mix? Or can I just do a quick sterilization, or better yet microwave it? The bag of the casting mix has never been opened, but it is not pasteurized.
Thanks in advance, Fos

Casing mixes can be sterilized in a microwave container. Crack the lid slightly, and nuke for 6-8 minutes on high, stirring halfway through w/ sterile utensil.

if you were careful after pasturization bagging it up you should be ok ... I have bags of wet pasturized poo that are 2+ months old that aren't showing any sign of contamination

Thanks for the responses.
@holydiver: could you tell me where to layer the worm castings? And how much to put in?

Straw/poo/verm on bottom, verm/coir on top, and I would like to put in a dash of worm castings. Im following the bulk neglect report, and a comment on the straw bulk tek caught my attention.
Quote:
Great Tek. I like to use one container of worm castings mixed right in during pasturization. Ive found that this gives me HUGE growths... Im talking (TCs) a stalk 10-12 inches long, and caps up to 4-6 inches around. Very good.
So, anyone know where to layer it?

why does it need to be mixed prior to pasteurization, and how much do I put in?
